Merchandising, promotion and display are important to developing sales of our product line, especially since most of items are discretionary impulse purchase products. Consumer satisfaction is high after purchase, but since many of the products are new and innovative, consumer education on product use is helpful, along with any information that can be provided regarding serving suggestions and use.
Old Fashioned Foods has been so successful with it's new innovative products and enjoyed such growth that several competitors, both large and small, have copied our products with similar items, but none have been able to satisfy the consumer with the same high quality and variety of flavors that consumers love to use in so many ways - including cooking, meal preparation, and every day snacking.
Old Fashioned Foods will continue to develop and offer new and exciting products in the future that will appeal to the consumer's interest in quality, taste, convenience and innovation. This will also offer the grocery trade opportunities to expand sales with products that have consumer appeal and higher than average margins.
